Little Black Dress Contest!!
For this five-week competition, Sassy Fit will meet contestants at their home twice a week with a killer workout, food plan, and the motivation for maximum results. The only equipment needed is a ball, pair of dumbbells, and a space 10′x 10′. The Deadline to register for the competition is November 2nd and there is a 10 person minimum – so tell your friends or do a group session!
** Clients already meeting twice a week or more should absolutely participate – there is no additional cost. Clients only meeting 1x a week, can add an additional session for the five weeks for only $40.00 a session.
The competition starts November 8 and the last weigh-in must be done by Thursday, December 10. First place winner will be awarded to the contestant with the greatest percentage of body weight lost, and second place will be awarded to the contestant with the greatest cumulative inches lost. Trainers will take weight and measurements weekly.

Little Black Dress Party: 5:30 pm on Friday, December 11 at Mario’s (1513 6th Avenue, Seattle) Cupcakes and champagne!
1st Place: $400 Designer Black Dress from Mario’s
2nd Place: Marios $100 gift certificate
Price for new clients: $600.00 for 10 sessions for 1 person, $450.00 per person for 2 people, $300.00 per person for 3 people
