Sassy Fit Group Classes

  1. What are your prices?
    • Drop-in $18 a class
    • 10 Class Pass $149 a month
    • One Month Unlimited Class Pass $149 a month
    • Three Month Membership $125 a month
    • Six Month Membership $99 a month
    • Twelve Month Membership $79 a month
  2. What should I expect for the first time?
    Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet the instructor and get checked in. If you will need any modifications for certain movements, please let the instructor know before class.
  3. Do I need to bring anything to class?
    You MUST bring a mat and water, please.
  4. What is your relationship with vitaminand KIND bars?
    We have an exclusive partnership with vitaminwater and KIND bars to help our clients stay hydrated and energized! You can sample their products after any group class.
  5. What group classes do you offer?
    All of our classes are created and offered exclusively by the Sassy Fit staff. We offer special, rotating classes each quarter and always offer our core classes: Sassy Fit Method and Sassy Flo. Please check our home page for our current classes.
  6. Is class always inside or outside? When do you make the switch?
    Class is indoors September―March/April, and then we offer classes indoors and outdoors during May―August.
  7. What if it’s raining outside or really hot?
    We will update our Facebook status (connect with us at www.facebook.com/sassyfit) by noon to let you know if class has been cancelled due to the weather.
  8. How will I get notified if class is cancelled?
    We will email you if you have registered for the class with the email you provided when you signed-up as well as update our facebook page.
  9. What happens if my instructor doesn’t show up or class is cancelled?
    You may make up the class at your convenience—please email us if you have any questions.
  10. What is the best way to stay up-to-date with the class schedule?
    The schedule is always updated two months in advance on our website.
  11. Do your boot campers receive any other fitness/nutrition services?
    All boot campers receive our Sassy Fit weekly, chock full with fit and nutritional tips.
  12. How soon before class begins should I arrive?
    5-10 minutes is perfect.
  13. What is the Cancellation Policy?
    Because our classes fill up quickly, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your reservation your class will be forfeited.
  14. What is the class size max?
    Our class size is limited to 15 individuals indoors and 25 outdoors.

  16. Will I be so sore after the workouts that I can’t walk the next day?
    Each class is created to allow guests to work at their own fitness level Our exercise philosophy is to gradually help you build up to an advance level so you do not have an injury or be too incredibly sore the next day. Mild soreness the first few weeks is common though, as your muscles are getting stronger and moving in new ways.

Payment and Cancellations

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We take cash, check, and all debit and credit cards.
  2. When will my membership be billed and how does it work?
    When you sign-up for a membership through our online store, your payment is set-up to be processed automatically on the 1st of each month.

  4. Is your online billing system secure?
    Our program uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure the security of your financial data. SSL is a technology developed for the Internet to protect your personal information from being stolen or misused while traveling over the Internet.
  5. What is your cancellation policy?
    Because our classes sell out quickly, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A cancellation made in fewer than 24 hours will result in a forfeited session. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you begin to feel ill or have work engagements so you do not lose out on a session.
  6. Do you offer a referral discount?
    Yes, we do! If you refer a friend and they sign-up for a membership, you will both receive a $50.00 credit towards a membership.
