I love dinner and cooking at home – my specialty is filet mignon, asparagus and salad.&nbsp; You have to make a healthy lifestyle around the things you enjoy otherwise you won’t stick with it.&nbsp; I would rather eat light throughout the day so I can enjoy my favorite meal with friends and family at night. When I’m on set or at an event, I make sure my portions stay small.&nbsp; I’ll have a nibble of this or that so I don’t feel deprived, but I make sure I fill up on the good stuff.&nbsp; When I need to slim down, I drink lots of water with lemon and meals high in protein and fiber.&nbsp; I avoid carbs and booze. </i></span></div>
